All of the stems are pre-aired and prepared before despatch. Due to the delicacy of the product I pack my Pampas Grass very well, please be mindful this may cause the stems to appear slightly flatter on arrival than they look in my photos. Don't panic though!!! To achieve the similar look leave the stems to relax in the vase you will be using or (even better) place them in the sun for a few hours to open and unfurl naturally.
However, if you wish to have a speedier result then simply use a blow dryer on a warm, GENTLE, setting and blow in a downwards motion, from top to the bottom of the stem, carefully rotating the stem in your hand as you go. We 100% recommend you do this outside!
A fully detailed care card is provided with every order.

* This is a dried product. Do NOT expose to flame or heat sources (e.g. place near candles).
* There is no need to water dried flowers, it will damage them
* We strongly recommend NOT leaving in a humid environments (e.g. bathrooms), especially dyed products. See FAQ's for more info.
* These are 100% natural products and no stem is identical, just like us humans!! There will be variations to a degree with colour, shade, texture, width etc. But, I do my best to keep them as similar as I possibly can.
* The photos used here are a guide. I do not use any filters for colour enhancements in my pictures and try to achieve a natural look, but colours and brightness will vary across devices and device settings.
